Shannon Tweed is a Canada-born actress who was very popular in the sensual entertainment industry. She had resided in the Playboy Mansion for about 14 months and was also named Playboy’s Playmate of the Year in 1982. Since then, she’s done over 100 projects as per IMDb.
She’s married to Kiss vocalist and bass guitarist Gene Simmons and also appeared in his directed movie “Detroit Rock City” in 1999. In 2010, during a visit to her hometown Saskatoon, she was honored by the city council when they named a street sign Tweed Lane. In 2021 she appeared in an episode of “Entertainment Tonight.”
