Spanning over 11,700 square feet, the mansion boasted seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and standout features like a grand foyer, a gourmet kitchen, and a stately library. Outside, the lushly landscaped grounds included a pool, spa, and guesthouse—an oasis in the city. The home hit the market in 2021 for $25 million and sold for $21 million in 2022, setting a record in the area.
