Carla Bruni-Sarkozy’s house in Cap Nègre bears the signature of aviator André Faraggi. This beautiful building dates from the 1930s and was then put up for sale around the 1970s. The house looks very much like a castle. Moreover, it is baptized “Castle of Faraggi”.
The house has ten bedrooms with balconies, some of which overlook the sea next door. It is surrounded by lemon trees and cypresses. It also has a huge swimming pool. Carla Bruni plans to build a dike there which will cost around 299,901 euros.
