Wie Dieter in Wirklichkeit ist, weiß wohl am besten sein Sohn Maurice, der eine echte „Mini-Version“ seines Vaters ist. Maurice stammt aus der Ehe zwischen Dieter und Estefania Küster, die im Laufe der Jahre bedauerlicherweise scheiterte.
